BENGALURU: The High Court in Bengaluru has made a significant decision by dismissing the FIRs against actress Sanjana Galrani, businessman Shivprakash, and Aditya Agarwal by the drugs wing of the CCB police. This ruling came after the High Court carefully considered the petitions filed by the accused individuals seeking the cancellation of the case.

During the trial, the lawyers representing the petitioners and Shivprakash discovered that the FIR registered by the police against the petitioner was deemed illegal. The lack of evidence to support the allegations made it evident that the charge sheet filed in the Additional City Civil and Sessions Court was far from the complete truth. Additionally, crucial witnesses were not presented in the charge sheet, and no incriminating items were seized from the accused.

As a result of these findings, the High Court ordered the cancellation of the case.

TheBengaluruLive says: This decision underscores the importance of upholding justice and ensuring that legal proceedings are conducted fairly and based on concrete evidence. It serves as a reminder that the legal system must be held to the highest standards to protect the rights of all individuals involved.
