Bengaluru Authorities Seize 254 Illegal Cooking Gas Cylinders

Bengaluru authorities have seized 254 illegal cooking gas cylinders from two locations, taking action against the establishments involved in the unlawful storage.

Bengaluru: A total of 254 illegally stored cooking gas cylinders have been confiscated across various areas in Bengaluru, according to G. Jagadish, the district commissioner of Bengaluru Urban.

The operation targeted Vinayaka Gas Agency in Chokkasandra, where 45 cylinders were found, and Annapurna Enterprises in Chikkajala hobli of Yelahanka taluk, which housed 209 cylinders. Food department inspectors conducted the raids and have filed FIRs against the establishments involved.
