A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to restore funding for numerous foreign aid contractors affected by a 90-day freeze initiated earlier this year. This freeze, meant to assess program efficiency and alignment with new priorities, had halted contracts set prior to Trump’s inauguration on January 20.
