Ukraine crisis nodal officer Manoj Rajan and Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, Karnataka Revenue Minister R Ashoka welcome 12 returnees at Bengaluru Airport

With three flights arriving at Mumbai and Delhi airports bringing stranded students from Ukraine, nearly 30 of them from Karnataka have safely reached home. Around 12 of them subsequently arrived at Bengaluru Airport.
Karnataka’s Ukraine crisis nodal officer, IFS officer Manoj Rajan, along with Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, Revenue Minister R Ashoka, welcomed all the 12 students at Bengaluru Airport and interacted with them. Rajan also obtained feedback from them on their journey from Ukraine to nearby embassies and back to India.
Rajan in a press statement said: “Nearly 13 students have reached Delhi in the second batch and are now in Karnataka Bhavan. 5 students just arrived and will be taken to the Bhavan. All 18 will be booked on flights today. 12 students from Mumbai reached Bengaluru at 8:45 am at BIAL.”
The 12 students who reached Bengaluru on Sunday morning are: Nabhias Huda, Syeda Habeeba, Pooja Kumari Yadav, Sampangi Ramareddy Monika, Uday KV, Mohamed Abeed Ali Showkath, Inchara Raj Shivaraju, Tushar Madhu, Vijayalakshmi Chakravarthy, Shreya Chandrashekhar and Riya Kumar.
