The Morarji Desai Residential Schools are getting bigger and better! They’re expanding and taking in more students, so the government has given them the go ahead to hire 808 new staff members.
These new jobs include 10 principals, 248 lecturers, and 60 teachers. One of the schools in Hossur even got 100 positions through a special recruitment process.
The Chief Minister, Siddaramaiah, and the Minister for Minority Welfare, Zameer Ahmed Khan, recently had a meeting with the school principals, teachers, and other important people. They all agreed that these new hires are super important.
Not only are they hiring people from outside, but they’re also creating 100 new jobs for local people. This is a big deal because it helps the community and makes the schools even better.
The Morarji Desai Residential Schools have students from grades 6 to 12, and they’re getting 558 new staff members to help improve the school buildings and stuff.
And get this, 50 other Morarji Desai Residential Schools are getting 250 new staff members for grades 6 to 10. Plus, they’re starting 10 brand new schools for grades 6 to 10, and those schools are getting 100 new staff members too.
All of these new hires are happening because the government wants to make sure that over a thousand students in the community get a great education. The Minister for Minority Welfare, Jamir Ahmed, is really happy about it and thanked Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for making it happen so quickly.
