Karnataka High Court Orders Removal of Seal on Rockline Mall

BENGALURU: The Karnataka High Court has instructed the BBMP to immediately remove the seal placed on Rockline Mall, ensuring that business operations are not disrupted. The court directed the BBMP to file a separate application regarding tax payments.

The Rockline Mall Management Board filed an appeal with the High Court challenging the BBMP’s decision to seal the mall. Justice Sunil Dutt Yadav presided over the hearing and issued the order to open the seal.

Last Wednesday, Rockline Mall near Jalahalli Cross was sealed by the BBMP, prompting the mall management board to seek court intervention. Today, the High Court issued a notice to lift the seal, allowing the mall to resume operations.
