Maharashtra’s cultural affairs minister, Ashish Shelar, has revealed plans for the Indian Institute of Creative Technology Centre for Excellence. Set to be established on a 10-acre site at Film City, Goregaon, the centre will soon have its foundation stone laid, as Shelar disclosed during the inauguration of the 23rd Pune International Film Festival.
