The Supreme Court was apprised by the Chhattisgarh government on Friday that it will refrain from coercive action against former advocate general Satish Chandra Verma in connection with the NAN scam case. Verma, accused of helping scam-related individuals secure bail, will not face arrest until February 28, the state’s assurance stated.
