Bakeri Group and Lumos Alternate have forged a partnership to create a Rs 500 crore real estate investment platform. Named ‘Sakar Realty Fund-I’, the initiative recently secured final approval from Sebi and is set to focus on mid-market residential projects in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Pune.
