BENGALURU:
According to new BBMP Commissioner N Manjunatha Prasad, as many as 45% of Bengaluru’s 35,102 Covid cases are in home quarantine.
Speaking at the BBMP council meeting on Tuesday, Prasad, who is also Covid management in-charge for Bengaluru city, said asymptomatic cases should be treated at home itself.
Prasad said several activities had been decentralised. Earlier, Covid data was kept with the central war room, but now it is decentralized at the zonal level and shared with MLAs and corporators.
